Little Oak Farms, LLC has great concern for your rights to privacy. This policy summarizes what personal information we may collect and how we might use this information. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose any of your information to Third-party users without your consent. We make all our efforts to protect your information.

Little Oak Farms, LLC will only collect personally identifiable information (for example: your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) that you voluntarily provide through our website or email correspondence. All credit card and payment information from past purchases is only stored for transaction history and is only used with your consent. We plan to collect general information (such as the type of browser you use, the files you request, and the domain name and country from which you request information) to improve our website and better meet your future experience online at LittleOakFarms.com.

Little Oak Farm's web site may contain links to other sites. We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Additionally, some of our web-pages may contain "cookies," which are data that may be sent to your web-browser and stored on your local computer. This allows our server to "recognize" you when you visit our web site in the future. Most Web browsers can be configured to not accept cookies, or to notify you if a cookie is sent to you.

Security Policies

Secure Socket Layers

LittleOakFarms.com utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encryption technology for all online transactions. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), is a standard security protocol for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This secure link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private. When you reach a checkout screen requesting personal payment information, a padlock icon will appear in the status bar of your web browser and the 'http://' protocol indicator in the address bar, will change to 'https://' indicating that all information is now being encrypted and transferred over a secure connection.

Cardholder Verification Value (CVV)

At LittleOakFarms.com we go one step further when it comes to consumers placing their own orders online. The three-digit code, also known as the Cardholder Verification Value, or, CVV2, helps ensure that the physical card is in the cardholder's possession while shopping online or by phone, helping to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use.

The 3-digit code is located on the back of your card, inside the signature area. Typically the signature panel will have a series of numbers, but only the last three digits make up the CVV2 code. For security validation purposes, we request this information during the order process to verify that the actual cardholder is using the card. We do not store the CVV2 information after each transaction.

Ordering Policies

On-line

Shopping on-line is our primary method for accepting orders. We highly suggest placing your order on-line and contacting us if you have any questions. Simply add items you wish to buy to your cart and select the checkout link in the right hand column. 

Over the Phone

We do accept orders over the phone, however this is not our primary method for accepting orders and cannot guarantee availability or available office hours.

Wholesale 

If you are interested in buying wholesale, please contact us for a custom quote. Not all of our product lines can be wholesaled, however we do offer discounts depending on quantities of the order size.

Price Changes

LittleOakFarms.com does hold the right to change prices from time to time. Though we do not like changing prices, and will keep it in our best efforts to provide you with the most accurate information.

Payment Information

All orders placed with DiscoveredInOregon.com may be paid with a check or credit card. Credit Cards are our preferred method. Cards we accept include: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If you are paying with a check, we require the check to be mailed and deposited before any order will be shipping.

Shipping Information

All in-stock items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates for your order are automatically added during the checkout process (once your shipping address has been determined). Rates are based on package weight and actual UPS shipping charges.

If the product ordered is in-stock, we make every attempt to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, even though our online store remains open, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped immediately upon our return.

Backordered Items

Occasionally, an item we sell is out-of-stock and we need to re-order the item. These circumstances may delay the processing and shipping of your order. If we find an item on your order that is unavailable for shipment, we will contact you via email to inform you that the item is out-of-stock. We apologize for such inconveniences and try diligently to prevent them from occurring. If you need more information about backordered items, please contact us.
